I’m Alan, passionate about using technology to empower people. With a background from software engineer to CTO, I co-founded a marketing company and a machine learning firm. Now, at BambooHR since 2020, I lead the creation of a new AI practice. Though not coding as much, I still enjoy building prototypes and core tech proofsof-concept, especially with LLMs and conversational interfaces, drawing from diverse experiences in tech, research, business, and product.
