I’ve worked in Survey analysis at Qualtrics, conversational AI at Aktify, knowledge management at Guru, and now AI accounting co-pilot of Cynch.ai. Throughout my career, the biggest challenge I’ve faced is semi-structured machine learning – where one has to make AI produce open ended text output, yet that respects a large set of implicit and explicit constraints.

Cynch.ai does reasoning, machine learning, document understanding and GenAI for financial decision making and analysis. Our biggest challenges are parsing a highly structured and expertise driven domain, to capture the literally millions of implicit rules that underly financial decision making.
